Our dynamic and entertaining tour guides pick you up at your hotel and show you a day’s worth of spectacular scenery and breathtaking beauty on Kauai’s North & East Shores. Learn about the history and culture of Kauai and enjoy a no-host lunch at one of the local restaurants.
Board a spacious, open-air river boat for a two mile leisurely journey to the Fern Grotto where you’ll enjoy a short nature walk through the rainforest. The Fern Grotto is a geological wonder of Kauai where ferns grow upside down from the roof of the grotto. A natural amphitheater of lava rock and tropical vegetation is the perfect backdrop as you are serenaded and entertained by Hawaiian musicians and hula dancers. The Wailua River is Hawaii’s only navigable river and is also a popular place for water skiing, kayaking, canoeing and stand up paddling.
On our Kauai tour see the best beaches, mountains, waterfalls and Heiau’s (sacred ancient Hawaiian sites) on Kauai’s east shore. Stop and view Sleeping Giant from Kapaa Town, the Wailua River, Fern Grotto, Poliahu Heiau, Hauola City of Refuge, Opaeka`a waterfalls, NaMolokama Waterfalls, Kealia Beach, Hanalei Bay, Hanalei Taro Fields, Anini Beach and the Northshore areas. Visit the Kilauea Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge where you can see Layson Albatross, Boobies, Tropic Birds and Nene Geese (the Lighthouse is open Wednesday to Saturday). During the winter you may be able to see Humpback whales.

Steve has been a Kauai tour guide for over 17 years. Steve grew up on Kauai and has a wealth of knowledge about the island, its history, and Hawaiian culture and Kauai movie trivia. His greatest compliment has been having a visitor fall in love with the Island on one of his tours and then making the decision to move here. Steve shows even frequent island visitors something new every time. He’s known for going the extra mile and taking back roads to make sure everyone has thoroughly enjoyed their day. Steve loves to connect with people, he provides a very fun tour and his quick wit will keep you smiling throughout the day.
“I’ll take you to places on Kauai you’ve NEVER seen before, no matter how many times you’ve been here…” Steve

“We want you to know how much we enjoyed our Best of Kauai tour with Domi. He was an excellent guide: friendly, funny, interesting and knowledgeable. Of all tour guides we have had, he was the best! You are lucky to have him. We feel like we got to see some of the “real” Hawaii, not only the usual tourist traps.” Don and Connie Bloser from Harrisburg, PA
